BLW - loaded spoons

I'm after suggestions for things I can load spoons with or for DS to practice scooping. We've done greek yoghurt as its thick and stands a little waving around without immediately flying off. The porridge he just picked off the spoon as it congealed. Any ideas?

hummus
cream cheese thinned with milk if necc
daal
soup (thicken with bread, spuds or lentils)
risotto

I did yogurt with or without stewed fruit every day tbh

mashed potato or mashed veg. "thick" veg like butternut squash.
