When to wean your baby onto solid food? And how to do it? Read (purée-splattered) tips from other Mumsnetters
bought some as they looked yummy but not sure what to combine them with. apple and blackberry maybe? mmmmmmm...... dreaming of apple and blackberry crumble now..... wonder if she would like that!!also, any ideas for a cooked chicken breast going spare? could I just cut it into chunks for her to chew on now?
Cooked the apple and blackberries with a bit of water. Then blend it. Take a farley's rusk and crush it. And add it to the blackberries and apple mixture and you have crumble! Cooked chicken breast... I will combine it with avocado! Or you can do cous cous with tomatoes and then add the chicken?
stewed apple with blackberry, honey and cinnamon. Toasted porridge oats topping and custard.
mmmmmmm thanks angel1976 and Mrs Walton - lovely ideas!
Not honey! No honey for under 1s!You could add a little bit of brown sugar instead.DS eats them raw. Or squashed into plain yoghurt.
