I have just realised that my 8.5 mo is having a lot of egg - so yesterday he had eggy bread for tea, the day before pancake and the day before that omelette....do you think this is too much egg? I was going to give him some stripes of omelette as finger food for lunch but I'm not sure now.....He loves anything with egg in especially cheese omelette and there are no allergies in the family just not sure if I am overdoing it....

Guess could try some tofu sausage as finger food today for a change......

thanks

I've been wondering about the same. Eggs are a quick source
of protein, but I might give it a rest for a day or two, just in case.

i think an egg is good - just watch for constipation

I don't think it would be a huge problem, especially if there are no allergies to worry about. Your post has just made me realise that I have never given ds egg at all (he's 18mths ) because I hate them - he has it in cakes and things like that, but never on their own.

I woldn't worry about it my son wehn through a stage for about 2 weeks when all he would eat was Baked Beans and Cheese
Gradually introduce new foods aswell as the egg to broaden the food spectrum for him if your worried but eggs arne't unhealthy so i wouldn't be to concerned.
