Hi, Im going to start dd on cows milk next week or so, she is almost 1, she only has formula in the morning after and on cereal and then at 7 just before bed. Ive just been reading on another thread that formula is classed as a meal and cows milk is a drink, so what do you give for the feed just before bed, im thinking dd may get hungry in the night if she just has a drink of cows milk instead of formula? She has tea at around 5-5.30 and already eats as much as she can, dont think I could get her to eat much more.

Hope this all makes sense, Im think what Im really asking in a nut shell is what do you give for supper?

Thanks

I didnt give supper. My lo's had their dinner around 5pm and then their milk before bed. There was never a change in sleep pattern when they moved from formula to cows milk.
