When to wean your baby onto solid food? And how to do it? Read (purée-splattered) tips from other Mumsnetters
my DS was until recently a very good eater and would accept a spoon as well as finger food. We are having a bit of a teething nightmare atm with 4 top teeth coming in at once and very disrupted sleep.DS will no longer take a spoon but will self feed. only now the problem is constipation and you can see the strain in his face when he tries to pass a stool. I am giving him loads of water and milk but need ideas for food i can give or make that he will eat himself that are high in fibre and help him move things along.
crazy jacks soft dried fruit. they do prunes, figs and apricots. dd has one of each for breakfast.
do they have any preservative on them? DS has a bit of a strange wheeze from time to time that i am concerned about so I don't want to give him anything that could trigger and ashtma attack when he is so little
no they're organic nothing added. available in normal supermarkets.their site
