Hi. I am going to have this for my lunch, Can I give my DD some bread dipped in this? She has had toast dipped in baked beans before and loved it. There is no salt in, but it does contain sugar?

I didn't give anything to my children out of a tin until well over 12 months but there will be someon along soon who actually knows if it is okay. My 3 year old has just discovered this soup and eats it cold.
