how often can ds have egg and tuna?

we are having to feed ds finger food, and he is loving sandwiches at the mo. He is dairy and soya free so no cheese or cheese substitutes.

So our staple sandwiches are egg and mayo and tuna and mayo, but I vaguely remember health warnings about not eating either or those too often, so any advice about how often a 10 month old can have these?
thanks!

there is no limit on eggs or tinned tuna. There is only a limit on tinned tuna for women trying to conceive or who are pregnant.

Eggs

Tuna
