At what age can I give ds meals with jar sauces?

10mo ds loves his food & will happily eat whatever crosses his path. I don't have the time or inclination to faff about making my own sauces so what age can he start having normal family meals eg bolognese with dolmio sauce or veggie korma with fresh veggies & jarred sauce?

TIA

I think the main issue is the salt content. They can have a total of up to 1g salt per day. Processed foods and jarred stuff is generally far too high in salt and sugar so you may find it difficult to find something that works? If you do, be sure to let us all know!
