Have you tried increasing finger food and offering water between the meals. Perhaps little un is not keen on being fed. Teething perhaps?

Ds (12 mths) is exactly the same - he used to eat brilliantly from a spoon - but not now. Finger foods is good - I've also found eating at the same time and giving him some of my food seems to help, When at nursery they have no problem with him - but the babies are all being fed at the same time - so I think there is an element of wanting to copy others. Sometimes giving him a spoon and a little in his own bowl - works - not always though!! Hope this helps - its a real pain and stresses you out - after talking to the nursery staff and reading other threads I think this is a common age for it all to go a bit pear shaped!!!

If I remember rightly, DD became a right little bugger at that age.(didn't like high chair, being fed etc.) So food got left on the coffee table for her to help herself. That sorted the problem sharpish
