Not sure where I'm going wrong and looking for a bit of advice please!

7mo DD, she was exclusively breastfed for 5.5months and then weaned onto fruit/veg purees and slowly built up to 2 good meals a day.
It was all going well until a few weeks ago when she became constipated. Since then I've tried everything and nothing is helping! Tried all the usual advice - breastfeeding more, puréed prunes, pears, water with meals. She is now also on 5ml lactulose twice a day from the GP.
Her diet now pretty much consists of porridge with prune/pear given mid morning and some form of vegetables for tea.

Anybody else have experience of this?

I’d cut don to one meal a day for a few days if you can. Perhaps just give her the purée for tea. Are you Bfing an hour before offering the solids too?

Try to avoid things like banana and sweet potato for a few days too. If you want to try her with sone finger foods, dried figs or dried apricots are good too.
