my 8m2w dd eats like a fly some days and others she will eat a fair bit.well, a fair bit for her.some days she just clamps her mouth shut, others she will seem quite keen although im sure for her age she still doesnt eat alot even on a good day.she will have a few mouthfulls and thatll be it.i do a bit of the old blw too, i kind of mix the two.she is the same with that really.some days shell eat a fair bit ie pasta, toast, steamed veg etc etc, others she'll chuck it on the floor.mil looks after dd when im at work so she tends to have purees then.she still drinks alot of milk.formula btw.she still wakes in the night prob once for a milk feed.am i supposed to reduce the milk a little? she loves her milk and i wouldnt even know how to go about it because wont she still be screaming for milk even if im trying to give solids instead? and i thought aswel milk is supposed to be the "main" nourishment until a year? how do i find a happy balance? im getting all neurotic thinking shes going to get an iron deficiency or something...
