which ice cube trays?

silly question: which product is the best for storing pureed baby slop? I don't actually have any ice cube trays because we've got one of those freezers that makes ice cubes. Any suggestions?

we used ice cube trays that were 5 for 99p from a pound shop, and when they were frozen put them into plastic bags.

anything will do, just don't buy anything daft and over-priced!

Anything. Cheap ice-cube trays, old yoghurt pots, plastic tubs ... absolutely anything.

You can pay £10+ for an ice-cube tray from a baby supplier, but it only does the same job as one from the Pound Shop.

Now, if you were asking about ice-cube trays which you would use longterm, such as for G&Ts and so on, I would say IKEA - sooo easy to remove the cubes.

But for baby slop? def pound shop.

aren't the ikea ones only a pound anyway?

asda value ones are 50 p or so

the rubber or silicon trays are easier to get the cubes out of for transferring into bags (I found it v difficult to get some foods out of the hard plastic trays) - rubber ones are 97p in Tesco (unfortuately we don't have an Asda...)
