HELP! How do I stop milk supply?

We've come to the point where we have to wean DS. But if he wants breast milk and I am around he won't take no for an answer. It's not an issue if I am not there, he will eat food or drink milk from a bottle. We had similar issues with first child until my breast milk suddenly stopped due to pregnancy. I am hoping the same will happen this time but I can't get the milk to stop. Not really willing to get pregnant again to make it stop and while I have tried to cut out breastfeeding as much as possible he is terribly stubborn if he wants it. What can I do Tomane it stop? How did yours stop?

I'd try going away for a few days. Cabbage leaves help with the feeling of fullness/soreness when you stop feeding. You can also express just a bit of milk to relieve the pressure.

Do cabbage leaves help it stop faster or just temp with the pain? How many days does it take to stop cold turkey?

I don't really remember but it did work. I think I had got engorged and the GP recommended expressing just a small amount and using the cabbage leaves. (I remember they were Savoy cabbage!)

I'm pretty sure sudofed or anti congestants dry up milk supply. But don't take my word for it!
Also consider if you want to suddenly stop, or if you can do it more gradually. Stopping suddenly can make you feel quite 'hormonal'. If you had/have PND id recommend doing it gradually.
