DD 9months taken to eating solids very well
I tend to make her 3 meals a day +milk
I am going back to work not happy but no choice
So my mum and DH R going 2 look after her
If I cook beef or chicken and veg purée cool and freeze
Can my Mum or DH heat it in microwave for 1 min would it be safe for DD to eat ?

It will be fine, but microwaving can cause 'hot spots' in food and liquid so I would make sure it was stirred really well and allowed to stand for a minute or two before serving it to her.
At 9 months you could also start to introduce things like little sandwiches or scrambled egg and toast, I used to do a simple homemade tomato soup and serve it in their sippy cup and that went down well or thick veggie soup with chunks of toasted bagel to dunk in and suck.

Agree with Nanny. Another thing you could try her with is cheese on toast cut into soldiers so that she can grab them.
