Hi.Can anyone please give me advice as to how to get my DD to 3 meals? Current routine: Wake up at 5am....bottle, then back to sleep. 8am porridge/breakfast 10am snack 12.30 Lunch 3pm, Milk 5pm Milk and bed.
She falls asleep on the 5 pm bottle then sleeps through to 5am. (Which is great, the total opposite of my first DD, so I really don't want to upset this routine!)
But I would like to get her having 'tea' at some point. She is 7.5 months old. Any advice appreciated!
Rather than milk at 5pm could you try a little food, then follow with a bottle after, if it disturbs the sleep routine you can always revert to the above. Annabel Karmel has a good meal planner to getting to 3 meals, will try and post a picture of it.
