Weaning and gastritis

My seven month old has been weaning a month now on and off. BLW with the same milk feeds but we have stopped a few times due to gastritis. Basically projectile vomiting lasting a couple of days. We stop offering solids as it's hard to even get her to breastfeed.

When she starts to feel better we offer her a solids meal again. After few days increase it to three meals a day (even if she just eats really 1 or 2). But then twice now gastritis kicks up again.

GP hasn't linked it to weaning, she loves food and really packs it in there at meal time but I guess it's me apprehensive after a few days of her being really sick. Her diet is mainly breast feeds and then natural foods as meals like yogurt, porridge, cheese, roasted veg, steamed veggies.

Anyone experience anything like this?

could you keep a food diary to see if the sickness is related to a particular food?
