My dd has refused fruit for the last month or so. It's really getting me down because she acts like she's not hungry when I offer her fruit and then all of a sudden.....she wants raisins OR something else. And I know how important it it for her diet.
How would I get her back on the fruit? The other day she actually started eating grapes then a day later...refused them!
She used to eat so much fruit before.
Please help
Thanks

I think they just go through phases of what they like and don't like so the best you can do is to continue to offer a range of fruit and eventually she'll start eating it again. My DD is 14 months and similar - she would eat all and any fruit I put down until about a month a go and is now refusing lots of things!

I've stared offering other dried fruits like cranberries, cherries, blueberries, the various packets down the baking aisle are good! I think they are sweeter than fresh fruit and at least it makes a change from raisins (which again she will always eat!). Dried figs are a big favourite too.

Have you tried incorporating fruit into other things she likes? Puree on porridge, toast etc? Or different shapes? DD will sometimes eat fruit she's refused if I cut it up into small pieces instead of a wedge as she likes using her pincer grip!
