DD is on 2nd week of weaning. She has 4 x 210ml bottles of milk (sometimes she has an additional bottle about 8:30pm but only drinks between 90-150ml)

I've been giving her a few spoons of purée at 4-5pm, yesterday I used a jar of baby food (for convenience) it was one of the small Hipp jars and she could not get enough! She had about half the jar.

How much do you give your 6mo ?
Is this too much/too little ?
Should I give her food at another mealtime too?

My DS is 5 so I've done it all before but I've forgotten what I did with him!
My brain is as puréed as the veg/fruit hahaha.

The current advice is to offer solids roughly an hour after the milk at this age, just so they don't drop the milk feeds too soon. So as long as you've done that I don't think you have to worry too much about the quantity of solids she takes. If you are concerned, consider changing to finger goods as they can regulate their intake better.

Also, if you do want to start offering solids twice a day, this is really the maximum, the NHS don't recommend moving to 3 meals a day until they are between 8 and 9 months smile
