My 1yo loves fish fingers, she has had them a few times at my DM's so we ordered some for her to have at home plus fish finger sandwiches for DHHowever, sainsburys have delivered ones with added omega 3. Will these be ok? I'm thinking they probably will but thought it was worth checking.
Yes, a lot of pg vitamins and formula have Omega 3 added. Beware salt content though. Omega 3 is good!
Ok great, I knew omega 3 was good but just didn't knowing its one of those random things, like some vitamins, that babies aren't meant to have too much of.Salt content seems ok in context of everything else she's having today
