is 14oz milk a day too much for 16 mo?

She usually has 5oz on waking, 4oz after her nap and then 5oz before bed, full fat cows milk.

She is a good eater too, she usually has her lunch before her nap so is then ready for her milk afterwards, she always cries for it too.

Im just wondering if 14oz is too much and if I should be dropping a milk feed? She does seem to really enjoy her milk.

sounds fine if she is eating other foods ok. 300mls are recommended from 1 year which is around 10oz.
