I've just introduced my 9mo to raisins and other small dried fruits. Takes him a lovely long time while i drink coffee and mn on my phone
He mostly eats adapted versions of what we eat - tonight was tuna in tomato/veg pasta sauce so while we had it chunky with fusilli, he had baby stars and blended sauce. Last night we had fish and chips, he had de-crumbed fish fingers with a bit of spinach and pureed cauliflower then chips and peas as finger food.
Sardines in tomato sauce, deboned and mashed. Rice cakes and hummus. Mango, pineapple, melon, watermelon chunks. Scrambled egg. Baked beans. Jacket potato, roast potato, oven chips.
Or, just mix everything with sweet potato then gradually reduce the amount of potato until she eats it? Mine is a good eater/bad sleeper but that has worked for friends of mine
Stock up on ready made baby food so you don't feel rejected when she refuses your lovingly prepared meals
