I'm making egg fried rice to go with dinner tonight, and I'll be saving ds a portion. He has never had rice before, so just wondering if I need to blitz it up, or try it with him as is. Thanks!

I'd just give it to him as its is, its not like its big bites so should be fine.

Yeah I'd just give it too him too. Mine eat it and I just add the salt after I've served theirs.

Thank you. After all that though, dh has decided he wants noodles with dinner grin . Never mind, I'll bear it in mind for next time

Is DS having the noodles then smile

He might do, but its a prepared birds eye one, so I need to check the salt content. He is defiantly having some of my home made sweet and spur chicken grin

Is sweet and spur a cowboy recipe? smile

I've thought of saving rice too but isn't reheating a big no no? I've done it for myself loads of times but haven't wanted to risk it for ds.

Think it can be a risk but as long as you've stored properly, it should be ok.

My DD is 7 1/2m and prefers cereals with cows milk rather then BM or formula

NotSoNervous Wed 12-Jun-13 17:26:14

Oops sorry I added that to the wrong thread blush
