First taste of dairy - what's best?

DS is 6mths next week and has been on veg/fruit purees since 5mths. I want to start introducing some dairy and gluten, but a bit nervous about dairy as he would get a bad tummy after nursing in the first few months if I had eaten dairy. I don't want to give him an upset tummy or reaction. Just wondered what would be best to try him on first i.e. milk and cereal, cheese, yoghurt etc or should I leave it a while longer?

Or am I just being a paranoid idiot because dairy is dairy in whatever form I give it. Blush

Don't think there is a best but if you think there may be a reaction why not try Lo with some dairy for breakfast, that way you have all day to spot any complications Smile
