DS too heavy / 1year old

I knew it ... my DS is too heavy. He's holding on the 25th percentile for length but is above the 100% line for weight. And yes, he looks chubby or "solid". I guess the problem is, that he's out of proportion.

I don't know what to do, he's such a food machine and just loves to eat. Every meals seems like he hadn't anything all day.

He doesn't eat chocolate pudding, not even cheese and only very little yoghurt, so non of the classic fatty foods. He loves meat and eats a lot, I restrict how much bread and fruit he gets, so it's mainly veggies and possibly my 3 breastfeeds per day.

The GP said I had to watch it but not much more. So how do I actually do I look after him properly?

He's commando crawling, not walking yet and although he moving around he's not super busy or wild.

I wouldn't worry, he will probably lose it once he starts running around.

Agree, once he starts walking he should slim right down.
