My one year old is just under 19 pounds and at his check today the hv said he had dropped a centile and that I had to go back in a month and check he was putting on weight. He is mega active always on the move and has a great appetite. She said I should maybe try giving him some more high calorie foods and when I asked for suggestions her only answer was butter ??!!! How helpful ?? ?! Was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions on a average day he would eat
2 weetabix or porridge for breakfast
Sandwich ( often 2)
Fruit for lunch
Hot meal for dinner today was macaroni cheese a massive portion and brocolli and spinach
A banana
A yoghurt
He also has 2 /3 lots of full fat milk a day
