Question about frozen fruit and veg....

I can't think of any reason why not but I thought I would just check :)...

Can I buy frozen fruit and veg eg strawberries are cheaper frozen as fresh ones are out of season or green beans, cauliflower etc cook them, puree (sp)and then freeze them in portions to give to my baby? Just (hopefully) trying to save some money :)

yes you can use frozen fruit/veg, cook and then refreeze them
