Full fat UHT milk

Can I use UHT full fat milk to make ready brek for DS who is 6 months old?

I make my own yoghurt and use UHT milk as cuts out the need for boiling full fat milk and makes a better yoghurt so always have this milk in, is it suitable?

OH and I use skimmed milk, I ideally don't want to buy fresh as DS will use so little it's likely go off and be wasted.
