Can my son eat the following safely?

Brown/white pitta bread (toasted)
Rice & popped corn cakes
Peanut butter
Butter (unsalted)
Grouper fillets with a spice rub (leftovers from our dinner last night)
Hardboiled eggs
Olive oil
Fried things (like fried steak, fish, red peppers)
Tuna
Philadelphia cream cheese
Hellmans mayo

At the moment he is eating mangoes, avocadoes, bananas, pears, apples, carrots, broccoli, sweet potato and cucumber with bits of toast/pitta bread an chunks of cheese. Think he is getting a bit bored with this limited diet. was going to try him on a strip of steak this weekend.

Also everyone here bottled mineral water, because the local tap water is clean but chlorinated to bits and tastes vile ( treated sea water). What water should DS be drinking? oes mineral water have too high a mineral sat content and if so, how does that square with the saltiness of bread and cheese?
He is producing solid poos about 2-3 times a week so am worried his tum is not coping too well with solids.

Any thoughts?

It's anything except whole nuts ( choking) , soft eggs and honey for under ones. not sure about shellfish.

Be careful with spicy stuff until baby gets used to it.

Thank you. I can't believe they can go from milk to all this in such a short time, from a standing start!

Yep, what HarrietJones says. Also cut grapes and cherry tomatoes in half (choking hazard).

watch amounts with bread, and eg philly - and other cheese as they have quite a lot of salt - but in moderation fine
eggs some children are alergic but just watch out for a reaction - scambled egg is good do

pasta is another option - I did small pasta in tomato sauce on loaded spoons and then quite soon he like bigger pasta he would pick up himself
or spag bol is good - if messey
BLW cookbook is good
re water I think Evien (sp) is ok - can you ask what locals do for babies bottles
if he is eating quite alot then poos can go like that for a few weeks - at least my DS2 did at this stage - then it settled back to normal
