I'm bfing and weaning atm. I don't get time in the day to express and want to use formula to mix in baby cereal The sachet says the powder must be used within three weeks of opening but I will never get through it.

So can I make the milk up and freeze it in cubes do you think?

Or can I just use normal full fat milk if mixing with food?

As long as your baby is over 26 weeks there's no need to use formula in cooking / on cereal. Cows milk is fine, the confusion arrises because although cows milk is fine from 6 months, it shouldn't be the maint drink before one year.

But, I've no idea if you can freeze formula, sorry.

Yes normal milk is fine for food, just main milk intake should be breast or formula.

Oh OK thanks I will just use cow's milk. Off to hang head in shame as this is my second DC blush

Don't hang your head! It's a very common confusion...
