Start using Mumsnet PremiumNintendo Switch Lite and siblings sharing games
(4 Posts)Is there a way?
Just received new switch lites for DD and each chose a digital download of a game in their purchase bundle.
DH can't see any way for them to share the digital game on both consoles which will allow them to play concurrently without having to play offline as well.
Should we buy physical games going forward even if we need two copies? Feel like we've messed up! Thanks
Oh and I have a family online subscription. Thanks
I think there is a way but you need one overarching family account and you have to do a fairly complex procedure to have that user on both switches (and can only play the game on one at a time) and you need the family sub, which you have.
We have a switch and a swicth lite and i have downloaded (as the main account holder) games which i play on both, using the subscription cloud backup capability to keep save games up to date between them.
