(4 Posts)DS's left Nintendo switch joycon is playing up. It's under warranty so I can send it back to them to look at.
Has anyone done this? Do they take ages to repair and get back to you?
Bump.
I had to send everything back when the Switch wouldn't charge. It took about two weeks but they had sent me an email after two days asking for me to pay for the repair because it wasn't covered and I didn't see the email for a week! So it would probably faster than two weeks if I'd seen that sooner.
This is a pretty common problem with the left joystick (Nintendo are aware and working on it), and apparently repair/replacement times are generally good for this issue, as they are expecting it!
