Xbox games suitable for 12 year old

DS1 has birthday vouchers he would like to spend on some new games for the xbox (it's actually DH's but "on loan" to DS1).
He is not a massive gamer, but likes Minecraft, Lego Batman and Forza.
He would like something where he can "walk around as a character". Nothing violent or scary. And nothing too complicated as he tends to give up!
