(2 Posts)Got daughter a ps4 today from cash generator . Thought it would be simple but I'm stumped turn it on and it asks me to connect controller via usb and press ps button which obviously I have tried I just can't get it to work controller doesn't do anythingbonce connected but flashes white if I push ps button I have tried resseting the controller. is there anything else I can try ? Tia
Just to check, you have connected a USB cable one end to the controller and the other end to the PS4? This is to allow the controller to sync with the console.
If the controller is just flashing white then it's not connecting properly. Have you tried a different USB cable in case that's the issue? Or using the other USB port on the console?
