Currently on offer for £30 on origin

Is it worth it?

What's different to sims3?

It's brilliant! I'm a long life sims fan, go for it and enjoy!

I'm really liking sims 4, had it since launch (myself and DP said we wanted to keep up with this branch of the series)

You will soon find you can't play without the multitasking if you go for it

I like it. But its very different to sims 3. Theres no open world, theres no toddlers (which might be a deal breaker for some) and the maps are smaller if you create a lot of your own sims.

If anything I think its more like The Sims 2 but as its a newer game with less expansions, its not quite reaching the mark... yet.

I suppose it depends on your play style.

I love it! Although it doesn't have all the functionality of Sims 3 (open world, toddlers, supernatural etc.) they are gradually adding some of that back in with the expansion packs and freebie downloads (we got half walls and lockable doors for free last week, this week - today, in fact - the Spa expansion is out). If it's on offer, go for it!
