Anyone know anything about Titanfall?

DS1 who is 13 wants to buy it. We have always stuck to the age ratings and that's always been accepted by DSs. But DS1 seems really keen on this game as he keeps pushing for it. It's a 16 rating.

So I've agreed that I will search for reviews/information on it and make a decision based on knowing about the content.

Anyone come across it before?

I let my sons have 16 games at 13. Reason: They will go round to a friends house and play it there. So, I felt at least I can monitor and walk in at any time to see content. You don't know what they will be playing in another home. My boys are now 16 and never take advantage and discuss these games content with me. Just asked one of my sons he says"a little violent but no language". Hope this of help to you.

Thanks Jacky

The thing is DS1 comes home from school without much if any homework and plays a game each day. And then bits over the weekend. Whereas he only goes to friends houses occasionally for a couple of hours - not even every week mainly in holidays. So the exposure time is massively different.

I just think they must assess games carefully and give the ratings for good reasons so I don't like to ignore them. If he was 15, I'd be fine with it as he'd be approaching 16, but 13 seems a long way off.

One of his friends has the game and he wants to play online with him. I'm not sure at all.
