3DS Parental Controls

Hi,
DC (6 and 8) both got 3ds for Xmas. I disabled the "3d" bit and only allowed a few of the parental controls. DS wants me to unlock the Nintendo Video .
Not sure of the implications of this... any views ?

There are no implications unless you are against shawn the sheep and magic shows and mario game trailers than its alright.
