it's sort of a video game, do websites count as video games?

Anyway, my son loves it... you just upload the child's face (or anything else you want... someone uploaded Elmo!) and then your child can move the mouse over his face and make the picture go all wobbly. He loves it, both seeing his face on the screen, and interacting, sort of, with himself!
