We are making pepperoni pizza this evening using ASDA ready rolled pizza dough. Any ideas what to do as we will have half the dough left over? And I'd rather not bin it.
TIA

bread rolls or filled rolls if you have some of the topping left

Not sure if the vegan forum is the best place for a discussion around pepperoni pizza!

Anyway, how about a little dessert pizza? Nutella or caramel sauce, baked, topped with banana/nuts/whipped cream etc.

Garlic pizza bread? Brush with oil and crushed garlic and parsley.

Make it into pizza pin wheels and freeze them to be baked later. Spread the dough with a thin layer of pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese and roll up the sheet. Cut into slices and lay on a tray and freeze individually.

Bake from frozen for circa 20 minutes at 200C.

Dough balls? Roll it into small balls, bake, brush with garlicky olive oil.

Pizza dough can also work as reasonable cinnamon roll dough if you use enough butter or margarine (can't tell if it needs to be vegan) to keep it moist while baking, mix melted butter with cinnamon and sugar, brown it you have it for the filling, then brush with more butter

No worries @Ihatesandwiches, we don't bite!
I usually make bread sticks with leftover dough.

Cut a piece and make a small ball the size of a regular marshmallow. Then roll it into a snake shape using your palm. On a tray or a large plate, pour some olive oil, a lot mixed herbs, add a teaspoon or two of tomato paste (not sauce or passata, it is too wet), crystal salt, roll your sticks into it, letting the herbs and tomato being spread in an uneven manner, place backing paper on an oven tray and bake at 210. You might have to turn it once.

Otherwise make small focaccia. Make some small circle of dough, not too thin. With your finger tips, make a lot of hole in the dough, pour olive oil, add crustal salt and rosemary and bake in oven at 180.

Enjoy and do come back on the vegan board.

I made a Nutella calzone last time. No recipe, made it up - put loads of Nutella on one half of the pizza, folded over the other and squished it down. Baked for about 15 mins. Was great! Made it a calzone as was worried about the Nutella drying out haha
