Hello
I've been able to finally lose some weight on vegan keto but I'm stuck with my low carb / high fat options!! I really can't see any avocado anymore and don't get me started on coconut milk/ cream!!
Any other vegans following this way of eating and what do you eat on a daily basis? I tried YouTube but came across a few ingredients that Asda and Aldi don't stock and cost a small fortune!
Any help and tips are definitely appreciated 👍🏼
