B12 350. Ferritin 30. Both within range but I’m systematic. Doc said don’t worry bout b12 and I’m on strong iron. I started taking 1gram of b12 with a b complex. To see if I can help my b12 come up. Any tips? Thanks x

Beans, nuts, brown rice, spinach for iron. Fortified non-dairy milks for B12

Take the vegan society multivitamin...it’s really cheap and has lots of B12. It has other things vegans might struggle to get in their diet too.

Agree with the nooch! Nutritional yeast on EVERYTHING.

When I’m trying to monitor nutrition intake I use cronometer app, v easy and syncs to Fitbit if you use that
