Nice hotel in Brighton

We're visiting Brighton in a few weeks' time, just wondered if anyone could recommend a nice, family-friendly hotel, not too expensive?

Doesn't have to be in the centre of Brighton, on the outskirts is good too.

Try The Seattle which is a 10 minute or so walk from the centre, but is right by the marina. We last stayed pre-DC, but it did look very family friendly to my untrained eye!
