I have to take ds down to Ringwood for a hospital appoinment on the 24th September after doing in 2 days and 5 hrs on trains each way have decided sod it will book mini break going on 21st for 4 nights or the 19th for a week

Be me and Ds15,ds12, d6 and ds4 can anyone recommend somewhere to stay in or around those areas ideally site with indoor pool be abonus and reachable by public transport be abig plus and not needing second mortgage to go to

Is that St Leonard's Hospital?

Oakdene is more or less adjacent. I've never stayed there as it's local but drove by as there's a camping shop nearby and it looks nice.

Sandy balls campsite is highly recommended on here by all and sundry.

hi no we go to the Dorset Orthopedic clinic in Ringwood sorryshould lso mentioned ds is in wheelchair most time , campings out a sno waywe can lug tenet etc on 3 trains including crossing London will check out oakdene thank you

just looked ta Sandyballs looks very nice but £400 for midweek break just to dear on top of everything else

That is dear.

We stayed in a travelodge in the New Forest but that would not be accessible for public transport I think.

yes stayed in travel lodge last timebut will have all my dc with me and they only allow 4 per room yet wont let me book second room formy older ds as have to have adult in there ver 16 ,
