We stayed in a hotel to the west of Peterculter a few years back, it was either a Hilton, MacDonald or Marriott hotel but it doesn't seem to be owned by any of these hotel groups any more. It was a countyt house hotel type of place that I'm sure also had time share properties. We wamt to stay there again - does anyone know where I'm talking about?

ah! I found it, it is the Hilton Craigendarroch which is classed as Ballater rather than Aberdeenshire.

Thanks Tamarto. Aren't tesco clubcard points great? Its the only way we can afford to stay in hotels, ever, and this hotel has great family rooms.
