How do you choose your holiday cottage?

We have a shortlist of about 10 but we just can't seem to pick one.

We are swinging towards the ones that provide a cot and highchair so we don't have to bring them with us.

What do you look for that helps you to choose?

Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, bedlinen and towels provided, location, enclosed garden, more than 1 loo, decent shower, price. When the dses were little cot and highchair. Always use English Country Cottages. Have never had a bad one.

Cot, Highchair (If your cottage owner doesn't provide a decent cot/highchair they're probably not aware of the basic needs of parents), dishwasher,w/m & dryer, enclosed garden, bath & shower, blackout curtains or blinds, TV & DVD for rainy days, games & toys, babysitting and lots and lots of space indoors for letting off steam, hide & seek and getting a bit of privacy (dc's and adults!!)
