I have asked before with no replies but am lost for where to start. Am supposed to be booking a 2 night stay somewhere scenic for my parents. They like cottagey places and lots of green. I need some recommendations. Please help me.

ooh you need West Woolley Farm in Cornwall (only just). Beautiful converted barns, lovely child friendly place in a good location. I can dig out the number if you want it or just google the name, spelling is correct!

Thanks for the recommendation but Im looking for B&B rather than cottages. Doesn't need to be child friendly just my Mum and Dad going.

I used to work in a lovely B&B near Croyde in North Devon. It's called Combas Farm (it's a working sheep farm) run by John and Gwen Adams and is in a beautiful setting. It's a 5-10 min walk down to the village down a muddy track (they'd need their wellies!) and a 10 min walk in the opposite direction (not down a muddy track) to Putsborough beach. I'm not so great with the words so am not really doing it justice but it is my favourite place in the world and I've recommended it to lots of people who have all given great feedback. The number is 01271 890398 or look on www.combasfarm.co.uk/
Hope you like...
