Looking at spending a couple of nights in the area to visit family at Easter. Probably in a hotel as the glamping is almost £500 🙄 but I haven't been to Crealy for 25 years. What's it like these days?

Just got a hotel for £82 for 2 nights at May half term--Exeter Hilton. Looks quite nice. (I had £60 of Tesco club card vouchers which made it a great deal). Wondering if you can book 2 days at Crealy for a discount, and if there's enough to do for 2 days?

If you go to Crealy Devon, they usually offer free return for a week. There is loads to do for under 10’s you won’t recognise it from 25 years ago. There is a small splash zone now so if it is hot at easter take swimming things for DC and towels. There are water rides also. Lots of animals and nice (ish) food places. Great fun for under 10s.

The Glamping there is great fun though - they keep the massive soft play open late and with entertainment, it’s well worth it. I’ve done the pitch your own camping there and it’s been pretty noisy though, pitches are really close together.

The park is good fun, I wouldn’t go everyday of a weekend unless I was actually staying onsite though. Bicton is nearby too for a quieter day.

I’d always go for Woodlands over Creally. It feels so much more open and less theme parky.

Thanks for the opinions. DCs are 9 and 6 so I think it'll be right up their street!
