Haven art activities suitable for 8yo?

We are off to Haggerston Castle soon and DD8 is keen on doing all the arty stuff (coastal sand bottles, mask making etc.). Just wondering if anyone has done these and if you think she’ll find them boring or not? It says age 0-8 on most activities. I’ll be taking her anyway as she wants to do it but just wondering what to expect
