Combe Haven Holiday Caravan Park?

Hi Folks,
I would like to take my Mum for a short break near Hastings, and found a lovely Caravan available for hire. We have been to Coghurst Hall before, but not this one at Combe Haven.

If you have stayed here, may I ask what you thought? Is it nice or tacky?

Grateful thanks x

I've just dropped the kids for a short break there with their grandparents..... can't comment on the facilities but the caravan was modern and spotless.

Just got back from a weekend there. Not for me! Thought the facilities (esp the pool) was grotty and nothing really for the kids to do apart from arcade games!

We have also been to centre parcs this year which was lovely and couldn’t fault a thing so that could be why I have compared the two and didn’t like haven?!

@MrsXx4 can I ask about the pool depths?? I'm a worry wart and despite the fact I know my in laws will watch them like hawks, I'm paranoid about them swimming. Is there a toddler/shallow splash end? How deep is the deep end?

Sorry @goldpendant just seen this. I only went in the indoor pool because the outdoor one would have been too cold for my baby so not sure about the depths but the indoor pool has about three or four lifeguards on duty and it’s quite a small pool with no splash zones or play things! It’s really quite plain. I’m not sure if the outside has anything more fun for the kids but I only saw one slide and it was quite big! I think your children will be absolutely fine as like I say there are a lot of lifeguards around.
