Hi all,

We are looking for a family friendly hotel with pool. Preferably with child listening service for the evenings. We have 2 kids G7 and B4 Ideally within 1.5hrs of Surrey. Has anyone got any recommendations?

The Four Seasons in Hampshire is absolutely amazing. The have half and full day own a pony experiences for children aged 7+, complimentary use of DVDs, colouring books, games..., a children’s menu in the restaurant, bike hire and an indoor pool. There’s childcare with activities every weekend and in the school holidays, and babysitting.
Chewton Glen has an indoor and outdoor pool, outdoor play area, children’s menu and children’s DVDs. As with The Four Seasons, there’s weekend and school holiday childcare and a babysitting service.
The Grand Hotel in Eastbourne has indoor and outdoor pools, kids early dinner, outdoor play area and supervised play room. I’ve never r stayed there personally but I’ve heard that there’s both babysitting and baby listening, although can’t see any reference to this on their website.

Now those sound LOVELY and we are looking for something similar but in the NW, Midlands, or Yorkshire (West or North not East coast) - any further recommendations?

I know the website Baby Friendly Boltholes but we aren't in the baby stage any more...

Chewton Glen is fantastic however I've not stayed there with children - facilities, grounds, local area etc are all amazing and the staff are the best of any hotel I've stayed in.

Really depends on how long your staying & your budget as well as Chewton Glen is pricey
