Cottage complex for teens and toddler

Hi we normally go caravanning to places like Haven,we have three dd aged 12,5 and 2 and find it hard to find a holiday which suits everyone. We wanted to try something different next year, a bit less frenetic and the kids have suggested a farm holiday e.g cottage complex with access to a farm, animals etc. I just wondered if anyone could recommend somewhere ideally not too far from London (3 or 4 hours drive) with enough on site to work for both pre-teen and toddler. We also wanted the accommodation to be reasonably comfortable (not sure re Featherdown Farms!). Thanks for any thoughts

Lower Campscott Cottages in Devon
Guests can join in with the farm activities including collecting eggs and animal feeding. The pets corner has guinea pigs, rabbits, goats and Shetland ponies as well as some very tame chickens. There are tractor and trailer rides and a farm tour. Tony is very passionate about his farm and likes nothing more than showing it to anybody who's interested. There's an outdoor play area with swings, slide and ride on tractors. The indoor games room has a pool table and table tennis. They also have a good stock of board games, DVDs and books.
From the farm you can walk to Lee Bay, which is a sheltered cove with a small sandy beach. Woolacombe is four miles away and has some lovely shops and places to eat.
There’s fun at Funder Island with mini golf, bumper boats, formula racing cars, remote pirate boats, Krazy quads and Water walkerz.
Nearby Borough Farm, home of Channels 5's Mist the Sheepdog and the Kennard family is a few minutes away and hosts some spectacular demonstrations of working sheepdogs and falconry as well as a comical animal pantomime.

Wringworthy cottages near Looe would suit what you are looking for. They have a swimming pool, Games barn, farm animal feeding on a safe small site. We have stayed here for years with our kids at different ages and there is lots to do in the local area like adrenalin quarry for the older ones, go karting etc and lovely beaches a donkey park etc for the younger one. Its 4 star so very comfortable and lots of people do go back year after year like we do.

Tapnell Farm on IOW. There's various animals but mainly soft play etc on the farm. The 12 year old can do archery, kayaking with the adventure people based there. If you get a cabin you can also have a hot tub.

Wringworthy in Looe is good for this kind of thing. Has an outdoor pool too.
